We want your little ones to love their new outfits and toys; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the clothes or toys in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
